I would like to share my outstanding experience with Fabian at Cosgrove Smash Repairs.

After another local panel beater told me that repairing the damage to my car would cost a few thousand dollars, I lodged an insurance claim and took the vehicle to Cosgrove Smash Repairs.

Fabian took one look at the damage and immediately explained that it was nowhere near as serious as I had been led to believe. He grabbed a cloth and some cleaning solution and quickly removed most of the paint marks.

He then said, “Leave it with me. Come back this afternoon, and I’ll get one of the boys to buff out the scratches. You should hardly notice them.”

What impressed me most was that Fabian offered to do the work completely free of charge. He even said, “Don’t worry about going through insurance. Save your excess for another time.”

I had never met Fabian before, and he had absolutely no obligation to help me. His honesty, generosity and genuine willingness to assist were incredibly refreshing.

I cannot recommend Fabian and Cosgrove Smash Repairs highly enough. Their service and integrity are exceptional.

Five stars!

Car went in for an insurance job, bus took out my rear quarter. They took my car as agreed, they were friendly and easy to talk too, gave me a time frame of a week and half and stuck to it, actually think i got it back earlier if im honest

Did a phenomenal job with the original body components so zero replacements parts required, i can't fault it, they said if i had any issues bring it back but i dont think that will be necessary.

Cheers to the bloke i spoke too and whoever did the actual work. Legends!

Before and afters attached for reference

The service was first rate, I can’t express enough how helpful and easy to deal with Fabian is! I have an older Falcon that was a bit beat up, and Cosgrove Smash Repairs did an excellent job fixing the blemishes and restoring the paint to the point my car looks new. To top it off, I was surprised when I got the invoice and how reasonable the price was considering the work done. overall, from start to finish, a great experience!

Fabian is a great guy with his calm personality. Went twice, once to repair my rear bumper and paint and again with a small paint/scratch issue on the front. My car came out fresh every time. Great service

I just had my car in here for repairs through a budget direct claim & honestly i never write reviews but the experience i had was fantastic. My car was ready in a week, i was prepared for 2 weeks. Toyota had a backlog on parts and the boss still managed to get my light through in time so i could have it all repaired at once. Thank you guys - Service was unreal!!
